The Urban Street Forest Foundation uses vertical greening in cities as a tool to plant as many trees as possible. For each tree on a balcony in the city at least one tree is planted to combat desertification. We do this for the benefit of large-scale landscape restoration. Since 2018 Urban Street Forest has expanded its activities with landscape restoration projects in the southeast of Spain.
