Agness Joseph Adriano attended MATI – Uyole in Mbeya, where she received a diploma in Crop Production. Before beginning to work for TREES in 2019, she worked with Beula seed Company Mbeya as a Sales Assistant Officer and in Mbomba district (Mbeya) as an Advisor of farmers. She is fluent in both Kiswahili and English.
