Cleophas is an experienced Agricultural Economist with a reputable history of working with credit departments from the Banking Industry to Green Energy companies. He has worked with the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training in Tanzania as an Assistant Educational Officer which cemented his expertise in a number of skills including data collection, data analysis, report writing, communication, training, presentation, and budgeting. He is well known hard worker with humility and flexibility in the working environment, teamwork spirit, innovation and courage with high leading and communication ability, easily trainable, open to challenges and above all, enjoys receiving feedback, reading and travelling.
