Francis is highly experienced in IT and M&E. For over 15 years, he has worked for Access Agriculture, Heifer International in IT and M&E departments on data collection, entry, and documentation as well as giving general IT support to the country office and field staff, helping to train staff on IT technologies and applications. He was co-opted by Rockefeller Foundation to work with Technoserve’s Yield Wise project to develop training videos on Post Harvest Loss and Management in the Mango Value Chain. Has also trained teams in Njala University of Agriculture in Sierra Leone and personnel from the Ministry of Agriculture, the Republic of Liberia on translations of farmer-to-farmer training videos into six local West African languages. Francis has also worked for 350.org on a short-term contract in developing their internal communication system prior to bringing his expertise to the Tree for the Future team. He has also volunteered in mentoring young innovators during business accelerators and incubation sessions in one of GrowthAfrica’s programs.
