Salma Juma is a Lead Technician at Trees for the Future in Tanzania, where she leads, trains, and monitors farmers’ progress in the Forest Garden Approach.
Prior to coming to TREES, Salma worked in the sugar industry at Illovo Tanzania for 8 years as a Section Manager, leading people and managing materials in addition to CI (continuous improvements) personnel. Salma loves traveling, shopping, listening to music, and spending time with her family.
