Selle Vilane was born and raised in Kaffrine. He is married and a father of 4 children. From 2007 to 2016, he served as a Community Health Officer. Between 2017 and 2018, he underwent training in Nursery Monitoring and Reforestation. Since April 2019, he has served as a Lead Technician at Trees For The Future.
