In the Field
A typical day at the office for the majority of our team is spent out in the field, planting trees and training farmers! Each team is based out of a central office in each of the regions where we work.
A Global Team
We have a small team in the U.S. hard at work raising awareness for our cause and keeping our systems running smoothly. Over 200 of our team members are located across the countries where we work. We currently have numerous physical offices across Africa that serve as hubs for our current project areas and host our administrative staff for each region.
Dedicated Locals
Our secret sauce isn’t so secret… most of our incredible team members are from our project regions. This is vital for optimal impact. These team members understand the local language and culture and are invested in the success of the farmers and their land.
Teaching a Man to Fish
Have you ever heard that phrase? Teaching is foundational to our program to help farmers gain independence. Most of our team is made up of trainers that travel daily to train farmers on our approach and ensure they are successful.
